Shipping Policy

All products on the website will be ready to ship in 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. A tracking number will be provided for all items shipped in Canada. 

Custom orders will be completed and ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. 

Kaimend Kreations is NOT responsible for any delivery issues due to incorrect address. Kaimend Kreations is not responsible or liable for any delays in shipping, lost or damaged goods in the shipping process.  If any damage has occurred in shipping process please notify Kaimend Kreations within 24 hours of delivery to start a claim with Canada Post.

Local Pickup

Local Pickup is available at Kaimend Kreations, located just by Crooked Creek Alberta.
I also have regular meets in Grande Prairie & Valleyview, or can meet in Crooked Creek or Debolt too with Customers. If you would like to pick up your order please select Local Pickup at checkout.
Once you place your order, you will receive a detailed email with further information on pickup/meet process.
